Marc Couch is a US Navy Veteran, a husband, father of three, and the founder of Elevated Vision.
For the last 30+ years of his career Marc has put his creativity and innovative mindset to work solving problems and providing solutions while delivering outstanding results and customer experiences. Starting his career as a communications electronics technician in the US Navy where he was deployed on the USS Wasp LHD-1 as well as other missions serving our country. Once his service tours were complete he began work as a civilian at a Motorola service shop in the midwest that performed 2way radio installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. Later he was hired as the Technical manager for Pagenet of Wisconsin and then became Regional Technical Manager for Skytel in the Midwest where he helped build and operate their networks in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. As cellular networks began deploying around the country Marc switched from paging networks to deploying cellular networks as a Construction Management Consultant for Omnipoint Communications in New England which later became Voicestream and then T-Mobile. After several years in this role Marc and his wife Deborah started their own company building and servicing telecommunication towers, performing raw land site acquisition and development as well as operational maintenance services for the cell tower industry. Once the boom was ending for building raw land tower structures Marc was recruited by and began working at Ericsson Inc. and was with them for 11+ years delivering services for all customer units and becoming the Director of Innovation and Strategy for their Network Build & Operate Teams in North America. In that role he worked to develop and grow Ericsson’s drone and LiDAR program in North America and Globally as well as working with research and development teams on software development and related AI to help bring better operational processes and actionable insights from the data being collected. Now Marc is excited to be working on this latest venture and to put his considerable experience and can-do attitude to work exceeding the needs and expectations of our customers.
